    I race a March Formula Atlantic (F2) and I'm in the process of restoring a Shadow F1 DN8.

    Hi Stephen. Have tried to add some photos but no luck so far. Will keep trying. The closest I am going to get to a Shadow DN8 are the two 1/43rd scale models I recently received - Tom Pryce's late 1976 car, and Alan Jones' Austrian GP winner from 1977. I will be very interested in hearing about progress on yours. I build quite a few 1/43rd models (so far over 350 - mainly open wheelers) and am keen to model most of the Shadows. I did get to see the DN9 race in 1979 at Silverstone for the British GP. We were also at Monaco, but from memory they didn't qualify for that race. Talk soon.
