My Modification on my Honda Civic CX 1995
-Block d15b7 Decked,oversized of 50mm(.020''),honed!
-Cylinder head of D16y8 SI (ex in usa)
-Cylinder head ported, milled of ,030''
-Cylinder head Gasket of D16z6
-Valve seat and valve Regrind job and angle job!
-Piston OEM honda 50mm oversized (.020'')
-Brand New Connecting Rod Bearing
-Brand new OEM Oil pump
-Brand new OEM water pump
-DX 4.06FD transmission
-Balanced and cleaned injectors (240CC)
-Headers 4-2-1
-Short Ram Air intake system
-AEM tru-time Adjustable Cam Gear set at approximately .040'' valve to piston clearance for the last summer to are safe ! so in the month of april i will put it to .030'' of clearance or more!
-DX intake Manifold
-DX throttle Body (same a SI)
-P28 ECU Tuned with CRome and chipped!
-Vtec set at 4900 like OEM
With this setup i has good number on the dyno
110WHP at 5865 RPM and 94 WTQ at 4900 if i remeber my sheet
Now My Project for 2009
-Comp Cam camshaft 59300 for D-series SEVERE STREET/COMPETITION
-Comp Cam Spring and retainers
-Fuel Pressure Regulator
-A/f Ratio Gauge
-Intake Manifold of Civic SI
-ACT Clutch and pressure plate
-Magnaflow 2.25'' in and out muffler!
-Dyno Tune and TRACK RACE:)
