FYI:

Will be heading up to Monterey on Aug 11 for an abreviated week at the festivities.

On Aug 12th at 7PM, we will be having our 23rd Thursday Night Alfa Club and Friends dinner at Ambrosia India Bistro in downtown Monterey. (Used to be an Italian Pasta dinner, but the owner sold it and purchased and Indian Bistro).  They now offer a buffet that is 1/2 Indian & 1/2 Italian.  $35 per person + drinks.

We always seem to attract interesting dinner guests, which have included Le Mans Class Winners Tony (A2Z) Adamowicz, Vic Elford, John Morton, Jurgen Barth, Scott Maxwell, Can Am designer (the late) Peter Bryant, Alfa Romeo Bonneville record team, Petersen and Riverside Museum directors and this year our guest (if his flight is not cancelled) is Formula Drive Allen Berg (www.allenburgracingschools.com).

Friday night, my wife, my Giulia Spider Veloce and I have been invited by MotorTrend Mag to be guests at a private Alfa Romeo winery party.  Sorry I can't invite you to that, but I'll send some pics.

Hey Steve, I was re-reading your welcoming comment of 2008, when I was looking for a Lotus 51/61. In about 2 weeks I will finish up the 2018 season with my new RRS (JPS) liveried 61mx3. We won the SCCA CFR Championship for CF class and are about to win the Florida Cup at PBIR. It's been a great two years (first one in Vintage) getting here. Regards, Dennis
