My father was one of the owners of Nickey Chevrolet in Chicago. In the 1950's and 60's this dealership was the largest Chevy dealer in the USA. Although I never worked there, I became addicted to road racing at an early age. After attending the Bondurant School in 1972, I raced Formula Vees on and off for 25 years. What car(s) do you own?

I bought a restored USRRC / Can-Am car (Genie Mk10, aka Vinegaroon) that was originally owned by Dan Blocker (Hoss of TV's Bonanza show), driven by Canadian John Cannon, and sponsored by Nickey Chevrolet. The Nickey Vinegaroon has appeared at numerous vintage events in th U.S. and Canada, including the 2008 Monterey Historics.

What do you like to do (e.g. vintage race with...)?

Vintage Can-Am and vintage Formula Vee.

SCCA - 37 years.
