About Me:: Allan and I run the Avonhead Lodge Motel where some of you are booked to stay for your convention in Christchurch. Like you I know what it is to have a hobby you are passionate about,costs you a lot of money, and motivates you to travel to places you would probably never go to otherwise. My passion is singing accapella in the barbershop style. Apart from our winning everytime we have competed at the New Zealand Competitions, I have represented New Zealnd with the Christchurch City Chorus in America 6 times. Our greatest success was to come 7th on points at the International Competition in Calgary in 2007 and then in February this year we sang in Carnegie Hall New York.

What car(s) do you own?: Not into vintage cars these days but when we group up we had a Graham Page 1928 I believe.
Now we have practical Mitsubishi Dion which is great for picking up guests and bags from the airport.

What do you like to do (e.g. vintage race with...)?: Sing Sing Sing.Women's Sweet Adeline barbershop chorus. We came 9th in the world at the International in Calgary 2007 and sang in Carnegie Hall New York in Feb 2009.
