I am a profesional photographer, based in Sydney, Australia.
in the 1960's there were a remarkable series of races held in Australia &
New Zealand, each year for four years 1967, 1968, 1969 & 1970. Nearly all the leading F1 drivers of that era would travel half way around the world to participate. As a photographer I was extremely fortunate to receive a photographer's pass each year (1967,1968 & 1969) to visit the pits and venture to the very edge of the race track. I was able to photograph a young Stirling Moss, Graham Hill, Jack Brabham, Jochen Rindt, Jackie Stewart, Jim Clark, etc. Either as good portraits or racing, for the past 44 years the negatives have been stored in an old shoe box, it is only now (it has been a busy 44 years) that I have the time to digitally restore them. I feel they are remarkable images of very remarkable men. Now that I have more time I plan to market them as art gallery quality, collectable prints. To fans of a golden era of Formula one racing

it's sure they are remarkable pictures! Black and white is always appreciate by fans of the 60's and 70' races. I also saw the drivers you shooted, but in France when I was young. At the Grand Prix de France in particular until 1968 when The French F1 Grand Prix stopped after the terrible crash of Jo Schlesser. I certainly have a lot of photos of this period that my father did, but, also in boxes, somewhere !! I built too a website that you can see at www.racingstudio.com where we can see a drawing of Jim Clark I made with black pencil. Take a look please and give me your opinion about it. I think it is in the same vein of your work. Pleasure to read you. Bruno
