If you own, plan to own, or are currently building a car using a replica or one-off body you probably already know that the State of California makes it very
difficult and confusing to register your special construction vehicle. This
task is not as daunting if you know the rules. An informational session with
Petersen Automotive Museum Chairman and Legal Counsel Steven E. Young will be
conducted at 11:00 am during the Fiberglass Day and Car Show at the Petersen
this Saturday, June 26, 2010. The event will be held on the third floor of the
Museum's parking structure.
The Fiberglass Day and Car Show runs from 10:00 am-3:00 pm, and includes GM E-rod LS3 demonstrations, Griot's Garage Care Care
demonstrations, Fiberglass Legends panel with Bruce Meyers (Meyers Manx),
Merrill Powell (Victress), the Hansen Brothers (Hansen Cobra), and automotive
journalist, Harold Pace.
The Petersen Automotive Museum
is located at 6060 Wilshire Blvd.

to the parking structure is on Fairfax
Ave. just south of Wilshire Blvd. The event is
free to attend. Museum General Admission is $10, Students, Seniors, and Military
