Credit Suisse at the 2014 Grand Prix de Monaco Historique

Based on the success of the Photo Contest at the Goodwood Revival, this year Credit Suisse will introduce the photographic competition for the first time for all ACM-accredited photographers and media at the 2014 Grand Prix de Monaco Historique in May.

Prizes will be given for the best image submitted for each of the Photo Contest categories at Monaco, with a perpetual trophy also being awarded to the overall winner.

The three Photo Contest categories for the 2014 Monaco Historique will consist of the following:

  • Action
  • Credit Suisse Historic Racing Forum (inside the Credit Suisse Drivers Club)
  • Inside the Paddock

In addition to the new Photo Contest at Monaco, at 9:00 a.m. on Friday, May 9, Credit Suisse will be hosting a Press Breakfast at the Credit Suisse Drivers Club which will be exclusively for media accredited by the ACM.

This will immediately be followed at 9:30 a.m. by the 4th Credit Suisse Historic Racing Forum, also located within the Credit Suisse Drivers Club. The Historic Racing Forum will bring together a fascinating group of expert panelists including Sir Stirling Moss to debate the interesting theme of “Dream Circuits.” Once the Forum is over at 10:30 a.m., a photo shoot of the participants will take place in the Credit Suisse Drivers Club.

Further details of the four participants in the 4th Credit Suisse Historic Racing Forum will be confirmed shortly.

The Credit Suisse Classic Car Program

Owning, using, and enjoying a classic car can be a very special and rewarding past-time. Experiencing classic cars within an international community of like-minded enthusiasts, often rubbing shoulders with the pioneers and idols of historic motor racing, takes this level of enjoyment to an even higher level, creating a genuine highlight for any classic car fan.

For the past ten years, the pioneering Credit Suisse Classic Car Program has successfully created a forum for this, and the ever-expanding network of classic car enthusiasts throughout the world is testimony to an extraordinary fan club created by Credit Suisse.

Introduced in 2004, the Credit Suisse Classic Car Program has proven to be immensely popular. Over the past decade, Credit Suisse has transformed customers and co-workers who share a passion for older cars into genuine enthusiasts. Its partnership of outstanding classic events, including its own rallies and its collection of historic vehicles, underline Credit Suisse’s commitment to the classic car scene.

The Credit Suisse Classic Car Collection

Credit Suisse’s involvement with and enthusiasm for the international classic car scene is illustrated by its own historic car collection. Credit Suisse has three Porsche 356s and an Austin-Healey Sprite, which it uses regularly in its Classic Car Rallies. Credit Suisse organizes one or two of them every year, inviting some 30 teams to carefully selected locations, like tricky mountain trails in the Swiss Alps, sun-soaked coastal roads on the Riviera, or narrow village lanes in southern provinces.
