My name is D*** Smith and I am one of two charter members of the Southwestern Ohio chapter of the MG Car Club of England. The club was founded in 1966 and I have been involved with British cars ever since. I am presently an officer for the British Transportation Museum, looking for a home in the Dayton, Ohio, area.
What car(s) do you own?
British cars owned by me are a 1960 Morris Minor, a 1964 Mini Cooper 'S', a 1967 Mini Moke (850cc) and a 1978 MGB Roadster. I own a 2002 Chevy Trailblazer and a 2009 Toyota Corolla (for most everyday driving).
The British Transportation Museum owns 22 cars ranging from a 1936 Austin 20 Mayfair Limousine to 1985 Jaguar XJ6. Our website is at: http://www.britishcarmuseum.org. Check it out. We also have 8 British bicycles with Marques such as Humber, Robin Hood, Triumph, etc.
What do you like to do (e.g. vintage race with...)?
I like following vintage racing and have spent considerable time at the Mid-Ohio Race Course. I miss going there for the Runoffs for SCCA, but like the track at Elkhart Lake as well and hope to get there for the Runoffs, but not likely this year.

What would you like to do (e.g. go to race school; get into Vintage Racing)?
I am not that much into being a racing driver, but support them as much as I can. The British Transportation Museum is where I spend most of my available time right now. We do have the Hank Beachy Ice Racer Mini in our collection of British Cars.
