All I know is its a no-power Chrysler unit. What it was originally installed on is anyone's guess. One could probably research the numbers on it and find out. Unfortunately, it required modifying the oil pan for clearance. There is a company out there that sells kits to do the same thing. I do not know if they are a true bolt on or if mods are required. They advertise in many of the all Mopar magazines.
