Our 1953 MG TD as in January 2009 as a rolling chassis

So far 780 hours went into the MG TD - not one mile driven with it: bought, received and started to restore it. Plan to have it on the road summer 2009. Many improvements will go into this one, too. Have no US-history on it; does anyone know MG TD #26589 of 1953? Must have run in the South West or California and eventually ended up in Mass..
