The start of the 1969 24-Hours of Daytona

On the back straight the starter gives the signal for one more lap before the start of the 1969 24 Hours of Daytona. This is the old Daytona course before they put in those extra turns in right across from where the starter is standing. Note the #6 Donohue - Penske/Sunoco Lola surrounded by Porsche 908's. Donohue's Lola would win and the Porsche's would DNF. Donohue's co-driver was Chuck Parsons.
