Porsches at the 1969 Daytona 24 Hour race

The Bob Bailey, Jim Locke, Mike Downs Porsche 911 gives way to the factory Porsche 908L coupe of Brian Redman and Vic Elford a tthe 1969 Daytona 24. The five factory Porsche 908s had a problem of defective exhaust systems and prevented them from winning the race. The race was won by a Penske Lola T70 Mk. 3B.
