Tony Adamowicz in his NART Ferrari 312P at Sebring in 1970. Tony drove the car with co-driver Luigi Chinetti, Jr. but failed to finish due to overheating problems. The picture was taken as Tony entered the infamous "hairpin turn" on the old 5.2 mile Sebring course. According to Tony the reason the car had overheating problems could be traced back to the Daytona 24 six weeks earlier. This was the same car that finished 2nd in class and 5th overall at Daytona even though the car ran without any radiator water for the last 5.5 hours of the race. Their radiator had been damaged by track debris and their spare was taken and used in another NART car. There wasn't enough time to rebuild the engine in this car after Daytona and the damage suffered at Daytona doomed this car to not finish Sebring.
