The #2 Gulf Porsche 917K is being driven by Pedro Rodriguez and the #1 Porsche by Jo Siffert. Rodriguez would go on to win Daytona in 1971 with co driver Jackie Oliver. Siffert and co-driver Derek Bell would fail to finish due to engine problems.
