Cheever at Indy '96

IRL's first year was '96 and they still used Champ Car chassis and engines. Cheever drove for Team Menard that year and, although he only finished the 500 in 11th, he set the all time fastest race lap at 236.103 mph. That record still stands and we are now restoring Cheever's Lola.
