About Me:: Longtime lover of vintage sports cars whose car-problem once saw me owning 9 cars. Time and space has winnowed that to 3 with only one being a sports car. I still do all the wrenching on it. Currently racing karts in the central Texas area for my motorsports fix.
What car(s) do you own?: 1985 Alfa Romeo Spider
What do you like to do (e.g. vintage race with...)?: Wrench on my Alfa, since that seems like what it was designed to do - keep you working on it forever. LO206 Karting.
What clubs do you belong to?: Heart of Texas Kart Club, Gulf Coast Kart Club, THIS one.
What would you like to do (e.g. go to race school; get into Vintage Racing)?: There was a time when vintage racing was calling me and I bought a vee, but the cost was just too prohibitive and I moved to karting. I still get a thrill watching vintage action.
What vintage, historic, classic etc. cars would you like to own?: Vee's, baby. I got to drive one weekend and it was wonderful.
Historic Cars Owned: Nothing historic. I just have an a-historic 80's Alfa Romeo Spider in need of much wrenching love.
