If the alloy #5 Lister Chevy (knobbly) says it's i.d.'d as BHL 107 chassis, that's a "lost car" that was shipped to US as a Chevy-powered car in '58, per the supplemental index in Doug Nye's "Powered By Jaguar" book.
I do remember your green/yellow Beck, and have also seen buddy Scott Dames' up close & personal in my mirror at Bondurant....

Thank you so much Alan. Nice of you to respond so quickly.
Yes, I've seen the ad for the red Lister. It's located located in NY, I think.
It was listed at $60m, more than I wanted to spend.
I own a Beck Spyder and I like the car and am comfordable with the Beck/Hines workmanship. So I'd prefer to stay with what I know. I'm not looking for a screaming, exceptionally fast car. Very fast will do. And I'm thinking in the $30m+ range. In your opinion is that doable?

Thanks again. Kevin hines mentioned that completed cars are in the high $30s.
RM auctions traded an Avanti for $30m + comm. a few months ago. I guess I should have jumped then, but I was just beginning my search.
Installing my own motor and trans and minor stuff is okay by me. Just nothing very time consuming. At 65 going on 29, I don't want to waste time.
You've been a very big help Alan. Thank you Sean
