You can also update your MyVRL profile with MySpace, Flickr and Facebook.
Use the "MySettings Task" located in your MyPage to accomplish transfer.
Please invite all your friends to join using the import function for Microsoft Outlook Contacts in the "My Friends - Invite Function".
