I am am an artist by trade. I enjoy building cars and motorcycles. I love to paint vintage cars I am really drawn to their visual appeal, their clean lines, and unique styling cues, the evoke a passion that newer cars just can't compete with.
Very nice art. Do you have any paintings of full size automobiles? On the Guild site there are instructions on how to apply. You should submit. They would have to decide in Great Britain.
They accept motorcycle art. The page for Keith Leslie is an example. http://www.motorat.co.uk/index.html You should apply. Where are you located?
Just keep at it and when you think you're ready apply. If you have a decent camera try to get photos of the car in the early morning and if at a car show, before all the cars have been entered. Or find one isolated. The less reflection of other cars the better unless you want that in the painting. Or if you get a commission you can photograph the car at a better place whereyou can set up a sceen. I often have the car without a different background than was on the photo.
