Created that series for pre 66 GTs with my friend Jim Lowry in 2002. Equipe GTS events are opened to period E and F Sports and GT cars of limited performance, running to period FIA homologated specification as per FIA appendix K regulations. Additional period modifications may be accepted providing any such modifications are declared to and are agreed by the organising committee.

    Oh yes
Founder member #22 of Club Lotus, works driver with Series 2 Mk VII ( won members trophy Leinster Trophy Pheonix Park Wills Gold leaf Trophy among others)
OH and BRDC member as a consequence
The elite he bought from Peter Lumsdon and did very well in the TT at Goodwood 8th I belive
The 22 he ran initially in F3 as a private entrant but decided it was too hairy as the were all gunning for F! on huge budgets people like Oliver ,Bell de Cadinet etc etc so changed it to Monoposto spec and won the championship outright with a 1500 pushrod ! (still running that engine) its a lovely car handles like a dream but the gear box is a pig unless you use it all the time - dog leg 1st
If I was rich I would take it back to a proper Junior and race it but just the engine is silly money let alone the other stuff like the integrity of the chassis however the water doesnt run thru it any more so thats good
