About Me:: Married for 41 years this January. Three children, Son in Australia, eldest daughter in New Zealand and youngest daughter in Plettenberg Bay. Two grandsons, one granddaughter and another on the way.

Mad about cars. Mainly British, but I have owned and liked Citroens. DS, CX and SM.

I live in a beautiful paradise called Plettenberg Bay, in South Africa where we have two car clubs. One for MG's and the other for any classic.
What car(s) do you own?: 1948 MG TC Older restoration, but extremely usable.
1952 MG TD Still in original condition and running very well.
1974 MGB GT Saved from the grave and used often.
1984 Lotus Esprit Turbo. Modified for fuel injection. (Red)
1984 Lotus Esprit Turbo. Original condition. (Blue)

Pair of modern Mercedes Benz for everyday transport. (Boring)
What do you like to do (e.g. vintage race with...)?: I used to race a Lotus 61 way back in the 1980's, but today, I just love driving my Esprits. I cannot get enough of them.
What clubs do you belong to?: MG Car Club - Cape Town.

What would you like to do (e.g. go to race school; get into Vintage Racing)?: Watch saloon car racing at the Goodwood revival. Nothing better.

If I lived closer to a track, I would get another Lotus Super 7 and get back into racing.
