Sauber C3 Group 6 chassis no. #003 - 1973

Own one of the legendary names still active in F1.

We have for sale Sauber C3 chassis no. #003, 1973 and the third car build (1973) in this serie.
This car has been completely restored some years ago and being raced a few times per year over a period of several years.
During this period it has been maintained to the standard you expect from a car used in the "Supersport Cup". This car should be very competitive in the right hands.

This car has some hillclimb and also some "Interserie" history (PP Sauber, Höltkemeier, Schulz).
This car has old style FIA papers and its original "WagenPass".

The car has a FGA gearbox and improved / bigger brakes compared to the other Sauber.
It has a 2 ltr BDG engine in it. When this engine was built, everything was to Cosworth standard(first/begin) sizes. A new cylinder head was fitted and absolutely no expense was spared to make it as competitive as possible.
This engine needs a general rebuilt now, because of the hours it has done. We can supply you with a rebuild engine or a non rebuild engine or no engine, what you prefer, all depending on price. There is some damage to the bodywork. This car needs a good check over and should easily be ready for action for the coming season.
The car comes with one extra set of wheels.( one set original Sauber)
Price is based on the car in “as is” condition and with engine currently fitted.
