Owens-Corning built Corvette (the third of three) 100% documented

1969 Corvette, the third of three original Owens-Corning fiberglass racing team built Corvettes, built in the winter of 1970 from a recovered theft Tony Delorenzo bought from Don Yenko. Fully documented with full and unbroken ownership chain, period race results & pics, SCCA log book. Originally raced in Germany 1971-1972 where it was known as the "psychedelic Corvette" due to it`s wild Randy Wittene (O-C crew member and GM styling engineer) purple/blue/white paint. Winner of the 50th anniversary race at the AVUS in Berlin Germany, also won a 6hr "Sundowner" at Mosport 1973, best finishing Corvette (11th) at the 1973 Daytona "Paul Revere 250". Six time overall group 6 vintage race winner at Road America/Elkhart Lake, WI. Very fast (2:25.0 at Road America), easy maintenance, great J-56 Corvette brakes and handles like it`s on rails...the last O-C car that sold went for $610K. Will sell with or without 635hp small block. Additional info available by phone only. Buy a piece of Corvette racing history that you can actually race and win with. $135K 262-843-3052
