I have a early 1967 MK1 bubble arched ford escort that I have planning to restore to its former glory. It is an orginal LHD car that came from Sweden. The car had been modified to accept volvo engine drive train.
I have collect the majorty of the parts to change it back to ZF s5-18/3 with a newly rebuilt BDG (zero miles) with atlas rear end
I have a 2lt alloy NA BDG motor, and a CR ZF 1:1 5th gearbox
Full dry sumps system, rear axle (no LSD yet)
The car is very solid but tired . It could be used as is as a race car.
