The third annual Targa California Rally is scheduled for April 7 - 9, 2011. Last year, approximately 80 vintage cars of all makes and models participated in a non-competitive tour of some great California roads. Cost is nominal (unlike some other comparable rallies), and the driving is excellent. Drive your car the way it was meant to be driven!
