Profile Information

About Me:
German, Classic car enthusiast since childhood, not the Q-Tip concours type, rather pro high quality, reliable touring and sporting classics. My wife and I travel far for classic events or great tours with classics - not only Europe, but the USA or Canada, too.
What car(s) do you own?
1977 MGB Roadster, 1980 Jeep CJ7, 1992 Jeep Cherokee XJ, 2011 Ford Mustang GT 5.0, 2011 Mini Cooper Clubman
What do you like to do (e.g. vintage race with...)?
visit vintage racing events, work on my classics myself - as my hobby not my source of income. Tour with our classics through Europe, travel far for historical races or events (incl. the Americas), meet likeminded and longtime friends.

Hi. Weekend Heros is the best book on the period I have ever seen. How can a man in Europe do so well and our local "historians" be so revisionist and simply wrong? It was such a cool time and I'm lucky to have been there as a kid. Did'nt meanto rant. Good luck with your project this weekend. Frank
