About Me:

I work as a mechanical designer which is an outgrowth of my love of cars. This led to an interest in how they work then machinery in general. I worked at NASA for a while setting up the equipment for a new to Johnson Space Center carbon fiber department for building spacecraft components.
I'mcalled from California originaly where I used to run my Lotus and Norton Road Racing bike through the mountains daily. I do miss that! I did a radio show for 13 years in Houston called Joe's Roadhouse. I now do the show on the web at www.wildmansteveradio.com on Friday nights 7 - 10 pm.

What car(s) do you own?

My first car a1965 Elan. I bought it in 1971 at the tender age of 17.
1954 WILLYS M38-A1 ex Marine Corps Jeep.
350 4 bolt Chevy, 4 spd M21 Muncie, 5:38 gears, Warn Overdrive,Power Steering, Power Brakes, Tilt telescopic steering wheel, pwr steering, pwr brakes, Hurst line lock, aux tank etc.etc. etc.
2007 Mustang GT. Red, Hood Scoop, Round spoke polished aluminum wheels, 5 spd, 3:55 limited Slip rear

What do you like to do (e.g. vintage race with...)?

Build the Lotus for Track days, Autocross and Vintage Racing possibly. Depending on rules concerning modifications and upgrades.

What clubs do you belong to?

None currenlty.

What would you like to do (e.g. go to race school; get into Vintage Racing)?

At some point I would like to attend a driving school.
